White Mountain Apache Regional
HOW TO OBTAIN SERVICES:
It takes one phone call to start the process: Anyone who lives within the White Mountain Apache Indian Community is eligible for services. The Regional Behavioral Health Authority also serves any registered tribal member of the White Mountain Apache Indian Community who lives outside of the Reservation needing assistance related to mental illness, drug or alcohol abuse, domestic violence or emotional problems. In order to properly assess the situation and provide the help you are looking for, you must supply some essential information. In addition to describing the problem you are seeking help for, you may be asked about your behavioral health history. Questions may involve any previous diagnosis, use of prescription drugs, ongoing treatment and health insurance coverage. Always be prepared to supply social security numbers, guardianship information and identifying information if currently on AHCCCS, the State Medicaid Program.
